First Week: Done.

Well it's done for the most part...I still have one lecture to go to at 4 but I wanted to write this before I leave this weekend for my homestay! I will be going to (or around...) Shap, England and staying with a family there for the weekend. I think I will recap the last two days!

Thursday...I had the usual classes from 2-5 but before that, I stopped in at New Hall and met up with my buddy Calen. We played some foosball and some Scottish dudes came and played with us! We played a little tournament and they beat us the first game, we won the second, and then we were tied with the next goal wins and!...they scored. oh well! It was fun to play! I might have to stop there every so often and do it again. I had my classes and they went fine...I rode my bike today and was only minimally late for Greek. Hurray! After class, I went to Tesco to buy myself some dinner and other food related products and let me tell you, do not go to Tesco around 5 pm. It was insane! I'd never seen so many people in such a little place before! I got my food and came back and ate it...This is the most food I'd probably eaten on a single day since I've been here! (At St. Andrews...I ate more in Edinburgh when they gave us food :D) Calen's girlfriend came up here for Valentine's Day from Edinburgh where she is studying abroad and he wanted to introduce his new friends to her. So, we went to the Victoria Cafe and hung out there for awhile until I left because I had a Skype date with my Justine! We hadn't been able to talk much lately and it was wonderful to get to talk to her for an extended period of time! I then went to bed.

Today. I got up at 8 (which was really hard...) and went to my Greek tutorial, which is a smaller portion of the lecture students having a seperate class. I promptly came back afterwards and took a 3 hour nap. It felt so good. I was going to take some pictures today but it's not very sunny...which seems to be a trend here in Scotland. I am definately bringing my camera along on my trip though! I leave today at 5:30 pm and should get to Shap around 9:30ish...I hope it's fun!
