I haven't written in here for a wee bit and I thought as I am drinking my tea, I will clue you in on my life. I have realized that I am quite lazy. The last two mornings I meant to get up early and ended up getting up at 10 or later. I just don't really have the motivation to do anything in the morning. I went to the leisure centre down the road to see how much it would cost to work out there and stuff. Well...besides that fact that it is really close, I really liked how in their pamphlet they said they had a climbing wall! I was excited! I went in and they showed me the facilities and lo and behold...no climbing wall. It was lame...I guess at their other affilates, they might have a climbing wall. I ended up not paying the 21 pounds/30 days fee. It was probably for the best...I can get a membership to the sports centre for 22 quid for the semester, but it's so far away I am not sure I'd put it to good use.
I may have mentioned this before, but I joined my flatmates' six-a-side football team. It is definately good to get some exercise in. We've played (and lost) three games, though I only played in two. However, last night I scored one of our 2 goals! It was pretty neat. Also, speaking of exercise...I bought a bike earlier and realize now that it was a poor decision. I rarely use the bicycle and I bought it mainly to get from chemistry to greek quicker. I might get there quicker, but only by a few minutes. Also, those two chemistry courses will be done in two weeks, nullifying the need for the bike. I am going to try to sell it back to the bike shop soon...oh well.
As I mentioned before, my two chemistry courses are finished in two weeks, except for the final exam (a good 2 months later!!!). That worries me quite a bit that the exam, on things that I honestly don't understand well anyway, is two months after the completion of the class. It hurts me to know this is going to count on my GPA.
On brigher notes, I've successfully managed to spend 2 pounds in the past three days (1 pound to play football, and one for some ice cream this afternoon :D ) I am also going to Dublin with my family when the come visit...that will be a neat experience! I am booking the flights tomorrow.
And on the best note ever, Justine comes on Friday!!! I am so excited! We will be in Edinburgh for Friday and Saturday morning/afternoon. It will be so nice to have her here...I miss her!
